Finding the Right Allied Health Team Shouldn't Be This Hard

Long waitlists. Reports that don't meet NDIS requirements. Clinicians who treat the condition, not the person. Families left chasing updates. Participants going months without support that could make a real difference.

⏳

Months-Long Waitlists

Participants needing OT assessments for plan reviews are waiting too long. Goals are missed. Plans are renewed with inadequate evidence.

πŸ“„

Reports That Don't Land

NDIS non-compliant documentation creates delays, re-submissions, and funding gaps β€” costing participants time and support hours.

πŸ“΅

No Updates for Referrers

Support coordinators spending hours following up for progress notes, session summaries, and report timelines.

Our NDIS Services

Three Services. One Coordinated Team.

Each service is built around the participant's NDIS goals β€” not a generic therapy template.

FAQs

Questions We Get From Referrers

Everything you need to know before submitting a referral.

Who can make a referral? +

Anyone. Support coordinators, plan managers, GPs, schools, families, carers, or the participant themselves. Self-referrals are accepted and welcomed.

What NDIS funding types do you accept? +

We accept plan managed, self managed, and agency managed NDIS funding. We also accept private and Medicare referrals for some services.

How quickly do you triage referrals? +

Referrals are reviewed as a priority. You'll hear from us about next steps without needing to follow up.

Do you provide telehealth services? +

Yes β€” for many service types, telehealth is available and just as effective as in-person. We'll advise what works best for each participant.

Can you support participants in remote communities? +

Yes. This is a core part of our service model. Telehealth and mobile outreach are specifically designed to improve access for participants outside metro areas.

Are your reports NDIS-ready? +

Yes. Every assessment report is written to meet NDIS requirements β€” formatted for submission, clearly written, and structured for fundable outcomes.

Can you support complex participants with multiple needs? +

Yes. Our OT, Speech, and PBS clinicians coordinate internally on complex cases. One referral can trigger a coordinated multi-disciplinary response.
